Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME:

Orders are usually processed the next business day and on average orders are delivered between 48-72 hours on business days. Weekends and vacations may affect shipping times.

Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

When you receive your order confirmation you will be informed of the approximate delivery date. In case we are out of stock but it is expected that we will have it soon, we will inform you about this circumstance and if you continue with the purchase the delivery date may vary according to this circumstance.

Shipping is free of charge for orders over €40 on the Peninsula and €100 on the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands. Orders below € 40 have a cost that varies between € 3.90 and € 12.90, depending on the country of delivery, which will be informed before payment.

In case it is not in stock but it is foreseen that we will have it soon, we will inform you about this circumstance and if you continue with the purchase the delivery date may vary according to this circumstance.

 

We use Correos Express as the main shipping company, together with the main shipping companies in the market in each country. According to their procedures when they can not deliver the product either by failure in the address or because at the destination they do not find anyone to take charge of the order, they will leave a note indicating that they have proceeded to make the delivery without success and the contact where you can go to pick up the product or find out when it will be received again if requested by the user.

 

If the delivery process is delayed by negligence of the user may be an additional charge for such concept.
