Refund policy
You can cancel or change the order up to 14 days after product delivery, although you must inform us in writing about this circumstance via the following email: HOLA@BOBYGREEN.COM.
The product must be complete, in identical circumstances to how it was received, and must not have been opened.
We will examine the product, and if there are signs of it having been used, the return will not be processed.
The refund will be issued after the product has been received in our warehouse and examined.
Bobygreen does not cover the shipping cost of the product to be returned. If you cancel the order before delivery, we will refund the amount via the same payment method used for the purchase.
How to return an item
You must send an email to hola@bobygreen.com, and only after receiving a confirmation email for the return can you return the products.

Items must be returned new and in the conditions in which they were delivered.
Please attach relevant information, both bank and account details. And please keep your postal receipt as proof of shipment.
Costs associated with the payment and delivery process are covered by the customer.
Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping.
All claims for damaged products must be made no later than 48 hours after receipt.
